Day 1: Polyphasic Sleeping

Thursday:
On the first night, I:
•Slept 40 minutes, then was woken up
•I didn’t get back to bed for sleep until 5 AM and then I slept just 3 hours.
•Skipped an afternoon class to sleep from 1:30-2 PM
•Slept again from 5:30-6 PM
